LGST was developed by Super Bowl Champion Leo Gray. For over 20 years, Leo has trained many champion athletes by increasing their speed and knocking off an amazing two-tenths of a second from their average forty-yard dash time using the techniques of explosive sprinting. Leo’s Speed Training Program helps athletes reach their full Explosive Sprint Potential (ESP).
After years of running track, playing football, and training with world class athletes, Leo has spent years developing techniques to increase speed. While analyzing the movements of the fastest athletes, Leo recognized they had a consistent rhythm when sprinting. Additionally, the athletes shared certain common characteristics that included the placement of their bodies in certain positions while sprinting with a connection between various body parts. When the body is in position and there is a rhythmic connection, the athletes can explode to top speed while sprinting thereby reaching their full explosive sprint potential. This Rhythmic Running is positioning an athlete’s body in position using a rhythmic connection to explode and sprint at top speed.
Most athletes never reach their full ESP because they fail to connect the right side of their body to the left side in rhythmic motion, therefore there is no positioning, no connection, and no explosiveness. ESP is what you see when watching the world’s fastest athletes sprint in rhythm with minimum effort, exploding, and staying connected. It is rhythm in motion.
